Happened to catch this show on foodnetwork and thought i'd give part of it a try. It was really outstanding. The corn was absolutely to die for. So much so that I made a second batch for company this weekend and everyone wanted the recipe.

this weekend for the cookout was grilled steak and shrimp fajitas, the aforementioned corn on the cob and mojitos. mmmm dessert was homemade pound cake with grilled pineapple and vanilla ice cream.

I always love it when a Pork recipe calls for kosher salt!

I am gonna try this on Saturday. I will report back.

Do - and try the corn too. You'll be pleasantly shocked I think.

I did find the glaze a bit on the vinegary side so i might add more maple syrup in the future but i wasn't being all that careful in my measurements either.

Be glad to but it's quite a long ways to travel! I was shocked at how good the corn was. I thought eh I'll try it because I like feta and I'm making the prok chops so...what the heck. It's addictive :)

ok come over for dinner....this is the second time in 2 weeks that I'm making these pork chops and the third for the corn. :mad_11: I did add some good southern greens tonight too...

(Ummm...will you keep the light on for me? Or a plate in the oven?? I might be a little late in arriving, what with the traffic between where you live and where I live during rush hours and hours and hours and hours and all!)
