سألني الصحفي السيد زايد من القاهرة ويعمل بموقع (إسلام أون لاين) عن إبداء رأيي في السؤال التالي: Asked the journalist Mr. Zayed Cairo and works site (Islam Online) expressing my opinion on the following question:

فكيف تحلل هذه الظاهرة الجديدة، وما صجة ما يقال بانتماء هؤلاء النساء إلى تنظيم القاعدة؟ How analyse this new phenomenon, and Sjh to say these women's membership to Al Qaeda?
خاصة سرية "ذات النطاقين الاستشهادية" ؟ Special secret "of the bands martyrdom"?

أولاً: تقدمة: First: make:

(ج) لا يوجد بيان جامع مانع منسوب إلى دولة العراق الإسلامية حسب علمي قد تبنى هذه التنظيمات النسائية الاستشهادية وجعلها من أولوياته عوضاً عن العمليات الجهادية التي يقوم بها رجال الدولة في العراق ضد قوات الاحتلال وأعونه. (هـ) لا يفهم فاهم أننا عندما نتكلم عن عدم وجود بيان لدولة العراق الإسلامية يتبنى هذه التنظيمات أو أنه أنشأ مثل هذه الكتائب النسائية أن دولة العراق الإسلامية ومعها التنظيمات الجهادية الكبرى في العالم الإسلامي لا ترى مشروعية قيام المرأة بمثل هذه العمليات الاستشهادية! (ز) لكن السؤال الذي يحتاج إلى إجابة و إيضاح : (G) but the question that needs an answer and explain:

نجيب على هذا السؤال عبر المحاورالآتية: Najib to this question through Mahoralatyh:

(1) نلاحظ أن هذه العمليات لا توجد في الغالب إلا في البلاد الإسلامية المحتلة احتلالاً مباشراً والتي تعين فيها الجهاد وصار فرض عين على الرجال القادرين، والنساء القادرات على حمل السلاح حيث يحق للمرأة أن تخرج بغير إذن زوجها! وأما في العراق فمنذ احتلاله عام 2003م قام بعض النساء بمثل هذه العمليات ولا يزال عملهن في اطراد سواء بصفة فردية أو من خلال تعاون تنظيمي، فعلى سبيل المثال في محافظة ديالى وحدها كان عدد النساء اللائي قمن بعلميات فدائية 23 عملية، وفي بغداد و21 عملية، وفي الموصل 17 عملية، والأنبار 9 عمليات، وكركوك 4 عمليات! (2) وقد يرجع السبب في عدم انتشار هذه الكتائب الاستشهادية النسائية بين التنظيمات الجهادية وجود ضوابط شرعية صارمة بحق النساء حيث إن طبيعة العمل الجهادي لمثل هذه العمليات وخاصة في حالة المرأة التي تريد أن تغمس نفسها وسط الأعداء فإنها في حاجة إلى محرم يساعدها في التدريب وتجهيز العبوات وتأمين المبيت والطريق وقد يستغرق الإعداد لهذا العمل أياماً أو أسابيع! وأكاد أزعم أن وراء كل امرأة قامت بمثل هذه العمليات رجلاً من محارمها إما أن يكون من قادة أو أحد أعضاء هذه الجماعات الجهادية أو من المتعاطفين معهم؛ وأقصد بصفة خاصة الجماعات الإسلامية الجهادية التابعة لأهل السنة كتنظيم القاعدة أو دولة العراق الإسلامية أو طالبان؛ نظراً لاستمساكها المتين بتعاليم القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المشرفة، وقد أجاب الدكتور أيمن الظواهري على سؤال وجه إليه في المرأة تريد اللحاق بجبهات الجهاد كالعراق وأفغانستان مثلاً فأكد على ضرورة المحرم الذي يصحب المرأة. إن الزعم بأن الجماعات الجهادية سواء تنظيم القاعدة الأم في خراسان أو دولة العراق الإسلامية في العراق قد غيروا خططهم وجعلوا أولولياتهم في قتال أعداء الإسلام الاستعانة بتأسيس كتائب من الاستشهاديات! Though it does not diminish Tlkm importance of jihad groups in Doralamrah Muslim jihad and bone patience and loyalty to be a scholar in the fields of jihad old and newly!
