Ramadan is the ninth month of the Muslim calendar. It is during this month that Muslims observe the Fast of Ramadan.



Dates for Ramadan 2006 (or the Islamic year of 1427) are 24 September thru 23 October.


I notice that the threats are fast and furious now.

Although there has been little mention of Ramadan in the threats, I have been meaning to mention that Ramadan is quickly approaching, which probably has something to do with the timing of the threats. .

In Afghanistan, the number of people killed by the coalition forces in early September about thirty dead confessions by the coalition forces, , the highest rate recorded in Afghanistan since the beginning of the invasion.

The same thing in Iraq also, with the difference that the American forces killed in Iraq specifically is higher than in Afghanistan, because of the large American presence (150 thousand American troops) in Iraq

God knows what other Americans specifically, without that Ramadan is coming, and I ask the American soldiers for the month of Ramadan!

In years past the invasion was the largest percentages recorded losses for the American forces in Ramadan specifically, This explains the pessimism shown by the large number of the leaders of the American forces about the situation in Iraq, specifically in the time period ahead.

Night Watch: TEHRAN - AKI reports that Pakistani journalist Hamid Mir, when interviewed over al-Arabiya televison, stated that during his recent trip to Afghanistan he met with Taliban fighters and al-Qaeda (Tehran) members who spoke of a nuclear terror attack inside the United States during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan which begins on September 24. That the attack is being planned by Adnan Al-Shukri Juma, an al-Qaeda agent who had been trained in nuclear technology along with other al-Qaeda members. [AKI]

Juma's role seems to be similar to the role of Mohammad Atta who lead the first hijacked plane into the World Trade Center on 9/11. The Pentagon was also attacked and it is possible Washington - New York are being targeted again. But I suspect Tehran could also direct al-Qaeda to hit San Francisco in order to destroy the engineering services headquarted there, who were invited to Iran the day after the Gulf War ended, and prevent them from serving the Allied war effort.

According to the Pakistani journalist, explosives and nuclear material have been smuggled into the U. S. through the Mexican border. In September 1997 the CBS program 60 Minutes interviewed former Russian General Alexander Lebed who stated that when the Soviet Union broke up, a lot of suitcase size nuclear bombs were unaccounted for, nearly 200 of them. There was no speculation as to were they went but everyone knew, before the interview, that a lot of what the Soviet Union had did indeed go south including Russian scientists who are no strangers to nuclear material and eager to serve anyone who could pay them more than Moscow, in this case Tehran.

The bombs look like a suitcase and they can also fit inside one. They only weigh 60-100 lbs and if you see a man carrying one it will look like he is carrying a suitcase. I believe it was mentioned than in terms of nuclear energy, the bombs were 1 kiloton. They were initially designed to destroy a large enemy military base but if they are detonated in an urban center it could kill 50,000-100,000 people.

U.S. officials say the alleged turncoats, from California and Florida, work closely with al Qaeda's No. 2 leader, Ayman al Zawahiri, in planning attacks on their home country.

FBI officials identify the men Adam Gadahn of Orange County, Calif., and Adnan Shukrijumah of Broward County, Fla.

Gadahn, a one-time heavy metal music fan, has been seen frequently on al Qaeda video tapes, most recently last weekend.

When he attended Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, Adnan El' Shukrijumah excelled in chemistry and computer classes.

But authorities say in 1999 he switched schools, joining al Qaeda and learning to excel in the handling of explosives and firearms at training camps in Afghanistan.

"Shukrijumah is a very dangerous individual," said Stuart McArthur, the assistant special agent in charge of the FBI's Miami office.

"El' Shukrijumah is a major concern. He's a trained al Qaeda operative," McArthur said.

There's been a recent alert in Trinidad / Guyana for an al-Qaeda operative linked to a possible Dirty Bomb attack in the US to coincide with Ramadan, which I believe begins September 24th.

Yesterday, Trinidad law enforcement officials said they were aware that Shukrijumah was in Trinidad and confirmed they were contacted by the FBI for assistance in the matter.

However, they declined to go further into the matter "because of its nature".

ONE OF THE WORLD'S most wanted terrorists, Al Qaeda operative Adnan Gulshair Muhammad el Shukrijumah, may be hiding in Trinidad and Tobago or Guyana and has, in his possession, a T&T passport.

Shukrijumah, 31, is one of the most wanted terrorists by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which said he was "wanted in connection with possible terrorist threats against the United States".

He has several "personal ties" to both Trinidad and Guyana, theFBI said, according to an Los Angeles Times Sunday. US law enforcement described the elusive terrorist as an "ultimate sleeper agent".

The LA Times report quoted FBI sources as saying that Shukrijumah could be anywhere, including Trinidad and Guyana, because of his ties in both places and the fact that he is believed to have passports of both countries. The FBI also believes that Shukrijumah may attempt to enter the United States using a Trinidad passport.

Several Muslims in the twin island republic have already been questioned by the FBI about their links to Shukrijumah.

The last time that I was there 6 months ago i noticed that there was a strong arabic community in the city. That got me thinking whith all the illegals crossing over so easily, what will stop a terrorist from slipping through when activated. Our borders are a time bomb waiting to happen.

I think the articles sell a lot of books.

In addition, if we are to believe that nuclear material was brought into the United States in the late 90's, the material is spent by now.

Possibly it could be recycled into a dirty bomb.

And lastly, if someone were to bring a nuclear bomb into the country, I cannot see them waiting to release it.

Urgent news from Abu Dawood, the newly appointed commander of the al Qaeda forces in Afghanistan:

* Final preparations have been made for the American Hiroshima, a major attack on the U. S.

* Muslims living in the United States should leave the country without further warning.

* The attack will be commandeered by Adnan el Shukrijumah (“Jaffer Tayyer” or “Jafer the Pilot”), a naturalized American citizen, who was raised in Brooklyn and educated in southern Florida.

* The al Qaeda operatives who will launch this attack are awaiting final orders. They remain in place in cities throughout the country. Many are masquerading as Christians and have adopted Christian names.

* Al Qaeda and the Taliban will also launch a major strike (known as the “Badar offensive” against the coalition forces in Afghanistan during the holy month of Ramadan.

* The American people will be treated to a final audio message from Osama bin Laden which will be aired within the next two weeks.

The announcements from Abu Dawood were obtained by Hamid Mir, the only journalist to interview Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, and Taliban leader Mullah Omar in the wake of 9/11. Mir earlier reports regarding the resurgence of the Taliban with support from Iran and an unofficial truce between President Pervez Musharraf and al Qaeda have been panned out by the press in recent months.

Mr. Mir interviewed Dawood on September 12 at the tomb of Sultan Mehmud Ghaznawi on the outskirts of Kabul. Dawood and the al Qaeda leaders who accompanied him were clean-shaven and dressed as Western reporters. The al Qaeda commandeer had contacted Mir by cell-phone to arrange the meeting. The contents of the encounter are as follows:

Q: How did you have my local mobile number?

A: We watched you on Geo TV walking in the mountains near Kabul with British troops. You were embedded with our enemies. We were sure that you are staying in one of the few hotels or guest houses in Kabul. We were looking for you in Serena and Intercontinental hotels, but then some Taliban friends informed us that they had your phone number and you might visit them in Zabul [an Afghani province]. We got your number from Commander [Muhsen] Khayber. [Khayber was responsible for a homicide bombing in Casablanca that killed 32 people]. Don’t worry about that. We will not make any harm to you. We just want to warn you that you better don’t take any rides in the tanks and humvis of the Western Forces; they are not safe for any journalist in Afghanistan.

Q: Thanks for your concern; can I know your name?

A: Yes my name is Abu Dawood, if you remember, we have already met in Kunar two years ago, but at that time I had a long beard, now I have a small one. You were there in the mountains, close to Asadaabad [a small village in the Kunar province of eastern Afghanistan] and you met some Al Qaeda fighters. I was among them.

Q: OK. I just want to say that I am a journalist, I have to speak to both sides of a conflict, for getting an objective view and that is why I was traveling with the British troops; now I am sitting with you and that is my real job. I have interviewed Osama bin Laden as well as Condoleezza Rice, General Pervez Musharraf and President Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan. I hope you will appreciate my objective approach?

A: You have claimed to be objective, but you and your TV channel have always given much time to the propaganda of our enemies. Anyhow, it was our moral responsibility to warn you that you better try to avoid traveling with the British, American, Canadian, French, Spanish and Italian troops in Afghanistan, we will target all of them, we don’t want that people like you suffer by our attacks, it is not good for you, and at least you should not be killed with the enemies of Islam. I am sure, brother Khayber have informed you that the Taliban will launch a big operation against the Crusader Forces, in the holy month of Ramadan; don’t come to Afghanistan in Ramadan. You will see a lot of fadaee amalyat [“suicide bombings”] in coming days, Kabul will become a graveyard of NATO and ISAF.

Q: Yes Khayber told me about the “Badar operation” in Ramadan. I think you are an Afghani but you are not a Talib, are you a member of Al Qaeda?

A: You are right. But we are with the Taliban, just helping them, fighting under their command. Every Al Qaeda fighter can become a Talib, but every Talib cannot become Al Qaeda.

Q: So where is Sheikh Osama bin Laden?

A: I don’t know exactly, but he is still in command of Al Qaeda, and he is in contact with his Mujaheddin all over the world.

Q: Why there was no new video statement from him, in last two years?

A: Because the CIA can feed his fresh picture to the computers fitted on their Predator planes, and these planes can get him, like Nek Muhammad or Akbar Bugti. But he has released many audio messages this year. Listen to him carefully. Don’t underestimate his warnings. America is playing with the security of Muslims all over the world, now it is our turn again. Our brothers are ready to attack inside America. We will breach their security again. There is no timeframe for our attack inside America; we can do it any time.

Q: What do you mean by another attack in America?

A: Yes a bigger attack than September 11th 2001. Brother Adnan [el Shukrijumah] will lead that attack, Inshallah.

Q:Who is Adnan?

A: He is our old friend. The last time, I met him in early 2004, in Khost. He came to Khost from the North Waziristan. He met his leaders and friends in Khost. He is very well known in Al Qaeda. He is an American and a friend of Muhammad Atta, who led 9/11 attacks five years ago. We call him “Jaffer al Tayyar” [“Jafer the Pilot”]; he is very brave and intelligent. Bush is aware that brother Adnan has smuggled deadly materials inside America from the Mexican border. Bush is silent about him, because he doesn’t want to panic his people. Sheikh Osama bin Laden has completed his cycle of warnings. You know, he is man of his words, he is not a politician; he always does what he says. If he said it many times that Americans will see new attacks, they will definitely see new attacks. He is a real Mujahid. Americans will not win this war, which they have started against Muslims. Americans are the biggest supporters of the biggest terrorist in the world, which is Israel. You have witnessed the brutality of the Israelis in the recent 34-day war against Lebanese civilians. 9/11 was a revenge of Palestinian children, killed by the US-made weapons, supplied to Israel. The next attack on America would be a revenge of Lebanese children killed by US-made cluster bombs. Bush and Blair are the Crusaders, and Muslim leaders, like Musharraf and [Afghani President Hamid] Karzai are their collaborators, we will teach a lesson to all of them. We are also not happy with some religious parties in Pakistan and Egypt, they got votes in the name of Mujaheddin, and then, they collaborated with Musharraf and [Egyptian President] Hosni Mubarak. Now look at all of them, Musharraf and Karzai don’t trust each other, the CIA and ISI don’t trust each other, all the hypocrites and enemies of Mujaheddin are suspecting each other; this help to us is coming from Heavens. Allah is with us.

Q: But if you attack inside America again, then Muslims living in America will face lot of problems, why would you like to create new problems for your brothers and sisters?

A: Muslims should leave America. We cannot stop our attack just because of the American Muslims; they must realize that American forces are killing innocent Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq; we have the right to respond back, in the same manner, in the enemy’s homeland. The American Muslims are like a human shield for our enemy; they must leave New York and Washington.

Q: But your fighters are also using the American Muslims as their shield, if there are no Muslims in America, then there would be no Al Qaeda, may be the Americans would feel safer?

A: No, not at all. We have a different plan for the next attack. You will see. Americans will hardly find out any Muslim names, after the next attack. U.S. general: More violence during Ramadan

Military expects increased attacks in Iraq during Muslim holy month


BAGHDAD, Iraq - Top U.S. generals warned Wednesday that violence will increase in Baghdad during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan and said al-Qaida in Iraq already has intensified its assaults against American troops.

The warnings came as violence killed some 65 people and wounded more than 100 in two days. At least 23 people died in bombings and shootings around the country Wednesday, and 10 bodies were found. The day’s deadliest attack took place in Samarra, where a suicide car bombing outside a Sunni tribal leader’s house killed 10 and wounded 38.

The military said a U.S. soldier was killed Wednesday by small-arms fire in northeastern Baghdad, and reported the death of another American in a roadside blast in the same area the day before. A third U.S. soldier died in the capital in “a non-combat incident,” the military said, without giving details.

“If you historically look at this time period just before and going into Ramadan, there has unfortunately been an increase in violence. That, in fact, is occurring within the city,” said U.S. Maj. Gen. William B. Caldwell, the senior military spokesman in Iraq.

He said Iraqi and U.S. forces were carrying out operations against insurgents and terrorists to “disrupt their ability to coordinate violence prior to Ramadan.”

Attacks spike around Baghdad

Thousands of Iraqi and U.S. soldiers launched a security sweep around Baghdad on Aug. 7. The operation managed to lower violence in targeted areas of Baghdad, but attacks spiked in the rest of the city.

“Al-Qaida in Iraq, insurgents and death squads have recently increased their attacks” in the Baghdad area, Caldwell said.

“This past week, there was a spike in execution-style murders in Baghdad. Many bodies found had clear signs of being bound, tortured and executed. We believe death squads and other illegal armed groups are responsible.”


Caldwell said it was believed that the increase in al-Qaida attacks against American forces came after a threat issued Sept. 7 by Abu Ayyoub al-Masri, also known as Abu Hamza al-Muhajer, the leader of al-Qaida in Iraq. The U.S. military, which killed the group’s previous leader, has put a $5 million bounty on al-Masri’s head.

The commander of U.S. forces in Baghdad told The Associated Press that he has been ordered to try to control the violence ahead of Ramadan, which is expected to begin around Sept. 24.

“The thing that I was told to do, prior to the month of Ramadan, is dramatically reduce the number of mortars, kidnappings, assassinations and (car bombs) inside of Baghdad and predominantly try to reduce the sectarian violence,” Maj. Gen. James Thurman said.

Focus on sectarian militias
He said he was pushing Iraqi leaders to do more about sectarian militias responsible for killing thousands of people — most of them in the capital — and would also need more Iraqi troops.

“Militias are holding the rule of law in contempt. We’re pushing this government to get a policy as to how they’re going to deal with it so their own people know how to deal with the militias,” Thurman said. “I would like to see more Iraqi forces. We are pushing that very hard.”

Sunni Arabs have linked Shiite-dominated government ministries, including the Interior Ministry, to death squads. Both Sunni Arab and Shiite death squads roam the streets of Baghdad.

However, the U.S. general helping train Iraqi police said that so far none of the death squad members detained had ties to the Interior Ministry or other government agencies.

“From a general allegation that the Ministry of Interior is sponsoring death squads, it has not been borne out by those we have captured and detained to date,” Maj. Gen. Joseph Peterson said.

When asked which militias the death squad members seemed to have been recruited from, Peterson did not elaborate, except to say that “Jaish al-Mahdi is certainly one of them.”

He referred to the Mahdi Army, which is loyal to radical anti-U.S. cleric Muqtada al-Sadr. There have been reports, however, that the militia has splintered recently — with some groups breaking away from al-Sadr.

بمناسبة قرب حلول شهر رمضان , شهر الانتصارات والفتوحات , واحتفاءا بأنباء الانتصارات اليومية المتلاحقة في العراق وأفغانستان , واستبشارا بالمزيد من الانتصارات التي قد تحدث خلال الشهر الكريم اعيد كتابة وذكر المعلومات التالية والتي لا نفشي بها سرا ولا نذيع بها خبرا وهي معروفه لأعدائنا , فالقاعدة تسير على هدي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم شبرا بشبر وذراعا بذراع .

الثلاثاء :
حدثت جميع عمليات القاعدة التي وقعت خلال السنوات ما بين 2000 - 2004 ما عدا عملية بالي , وقعت في يوم الثلاثاء تيمنا بغزوة بدر التي وقعت في 17 رمضان للسنة الثانية من الهجرة الموافق 13 اذار للعام 624 ميلادي .


الجمعه :
تشن القاعدة عملياتها ضد المصالح الغربية في الدول الاسلامية يوم الجمعه وخلال صلاة الجمعة لكي لا يُصاب أحد من المسلمين ( مثل عمليات نيروبي ودار السلام )


في الصباح :
يحدد وقت شن الهجمات عادة بحسب طبيعة الهدف , الا أن قاعدة الجهاد تشن عملياتها الكبرى عادة في أوقات الصباح بسبب ثناء وقسم الله سبحانه وتعالى على الغارات التي تُشن في اوقات الصباح : فالمغيرات صبحا .


الظواهري :
ثبت بأن لخطابات الظواهري المرئية والمسموعة التي بُثت ما بين 21 ايلول 2000 الى 19 ايلول 2005 وطوال خمس سنوات ثبت بأن لمُعظمها علاقة بهجمات شنها تنظيم القاعده , فقد تلت تلك الرسائل عمليات هجومية شنها التنظيم , اي أن تلك الرسائل احتوت شيفرات معينه وكانت ايذانا بشن هجمات .

الحرب خدعه كما قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , ولا مجال الان لسرد كيف تلاعبت سرايا القاعدة بالمخابرات الأمريكية الا أن أبرز عملية خداع كانت عشية غزوة مانهاتن , حيث أحكمت الجهات الأمنية الأمريكية من دفاعاتها حول مصالحها في الخليج بينما جائت الضربات في قلب نيويورك وواشنطن .


الكتمان :
لم يبلغ الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم أصحابه بشأن وجهته الحقيقية عندما كان يخرج في الغزوات ( ما عدا غزوة العسره ) وكذلك أسامه , فلا يعلم أحد بشأن خطط غزوات وعمليات القاعدة غير قلة قليله , وها هي مخابرات 114 دولة تقف عاجزة أمام الثلة المؤمنه المحفوظة بحفظ الله , وكما قال رسول الله : استعينوا على قضاء حوائجكم بالكتمان .


الاقتصاد :
كانت أكثر غزوات رسول الله ذات طابع اقتصادي للاضرار باقتصاديات وتجارة القبائل المعادية وكذلك القاعده , فتعاملها وخططها واستراجياتها في التعامل مع أمريكا والعالم ذات طابع اقتصادي لاسباب لا تخفي على أحد .


الاستفراد :
عمل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بذكاء على عزل قريش وشق تحالفاتها وكذلك القاعده , فقد انصب جانب من تحطيطها على عزل أمريكا وحجب المساعدة الاممية الفاعلة عنها والجبهة الأفغانية هي الدليل على ذلك , كيف أن دول الناتو والتي يزيد عدد سكانها عن السبعمائة مليون نسمه لم تستطع تجنيد أكثر من 40 الفا لقتال الطالبان والقاعدة في أفغانستان .


المناوشات :
أمر رسول الله بثمان وعشرين غزوة أو سرية خلال عشر أعوام , أي أن المجتمع الاسلامي الناشئ في المدينة لم يضع السلاح ولم يخلد للدعة قط وكذلك القاعده , فقد استمرت المناوشات بينها وبين الصليب والتلمود والمرتدين من جانب , واستمرت في الدعوة والتحريض من جانب اخر وصولا الى الهدف الأسمى وهو تحرير بيت المقدس وبيت الله الحرام واقامة حكم الله .


عين على مكه :
قاتل رسول الله القبائل العربيه علىى اختلافها وعينه على مكه وكذلك القاعده , فقد قاتلت وستقاتل الأحمر والاسود من الناس وعينها على بيت المقدس .


خلق حالة من الرعب في مجتمع الأعداء :
عمل رسول الله على هزيمة أعداءه نفسيا وخلق حالة من الرعب وعدم الاستقرار في صفوفهم عن طريق الاستمرار في تهديد اقتصادهم , كثرة السرايا والبعوث , وكذلك القاعده , فقد عملت القاعدة على خلق حالة مستديمة من الخوف والرعب وعدم الاستقرار في المجتمعات الغربية المحاربه .


الأرض :
امتثالا لأوامر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حين قال : ادرعوا في الأرض , يقوم جند الطالبان والقاعدة في أفغانستان والعراق بحفر خنادق في الأرض تقيهم من القصف الجوي الصليبي , وهذا ما يفسر قلة فعالية القصف الجوي الصليبي وعجزه عن النيل من الأخيار الاطهار .


وختاما اسأل الله أن يوفق بعوث وسرايا المسلمين في كل مكان , وأن يدبر أمرهم ويسدد رميهم وبأن يعمي العيون عنهم .

President Jacques Chirac has ordered an inquiry into the leak of a French secret service memo claiming that Osama Bin Laden had died.
Mr Chirac told reporters he was surprised the memo had been leaked, and refused to comment on the claim itself. A French newspaper quoted a document as saying the Saudi secret services were convinced the al-Qaeda leader had died of typhoid in Pakistan in late August. Officials in Pakistan and the US said they could not confirm the account.

Saudi-born Bin Laden was based in Afghanistan until the Taleban government there was overthrown by US-backed forces in 2001 after the 9/11 attacks. Since then, US and Pakistani officials have regularly said they believe he is hiding in the lawless border area between Afghanistan and Pakistan. His last videotaped message was released in late 2004, but several audio tapes have been released this year - the last at the end of June, in which Bin Laden praised Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq, who was killed in an American air strike.

In its report, French regional daily L'Est Republicain said it had obtained a copy of a DGSE foreign intelligence service report dated 21 September. "According to a usually reliable source, the Saudi services are now convinced that Osama Bin Laden is dead," it read. "The information gathered by the Saudis indicates that the head of al-Qaeda fell victim, while he was in Pakistan on August 23, 2006, to a very serious case of typhoid that led to a partial paralysis of his internal organs."

Mr Chirac said: "I am surprised that a confidential memo from the secret services has been published, therefore I've ordered the defence minister to start an inquiry. As far as the information itself is concerned, it's not confirmed in any way. Therefore I have no comment at all."

The Washington-based IntelCenter, which monitors terrorism communications, said it was not aware of any similar reports on the internet. "We've seen nothing from any al-Qaeda messaging or other indicators that would point to the death of Osama Bin Laden," director Ben Venzke told the Associated Press news agency.
