Do you mean the Shura Council statements from today and yesterday regarding the 2 American soldiers?

The fist one will take a little digging, it is from awhile ago, I beleive.

In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

O’ Allah, straighten up our aim and make us stand firm

All Praise and thanks are Allah’s, the Lord of all that exists. And peace be upon our prophet Muhammad, his family and companions in entirety.

Day by day people are surer of the weakness and the jumble of the American intelligence in Iraq. The last incident is a clear proof on that weakness where Mujahideen Shura council of Iraq succeeded in kidnapping two American soldiers in a place near to al-Yosofiah area. The American army with its various armored vehicles attacked the areas near to the incident place searching for their two men but the "strongest army in the world" returned empty-handed and humiliated, all praise and gratitude be to Allah.

One of Your courageous brothers from the Martyrdom Abi Dujanah Alansary brigade of the Military wing of Mujahedeen Shura Council, on Sunday 18/6/2006, indulged his highly explosive car in the midst of a caravan of the crusaders contained some armored eight wheelers vehicles) in al-Muhandiseen district in the left side of Mousel city, causing the burning of some vehicles and the destruction of others, their passengers were either killed or injured, after that, the Americans siege the area and cut the ways leading to it then removed their burned vehicles and lifted their injured and dead men. We ask Allah to accept our brother with the martyrs

Your brothers in the Military wing of Mujahedeen Shura Council on Saturday 17/6/2006, detonated three bombs against three patrols of the national guards in al-Ameriah area, causing the complete destruction of two cars and the killing of eleven of the apostates and the injury of others, all praise and gratitude be to Allah.
